Before you write
For faster handling, please include:
- the Cerulean version (Settings → about, or the App Store listing);
- your iOS version and device model;
- the type of Azure DevOps organisation (Azure DevOps Services in the cloud, or Azure DevOps Server) and the sign-in method (personal access token or Microsoft Entra);
- a description of the problem and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it.
Subscription and billing
The Cerulean subscription is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. You can view, change or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms of Sale.
Requirements
- an iPhone or iPad on a recent version of iOS;
- access to an Azure DevOps organisation, with a personal access token (PAT) holding the appropriate permissions, or a Microsoft Entra account.
Privacy
Cerulean connects directly to your Azure DevOps: your token stays encrypted in the iOS Keychain and Interrupt runs no intermediary server. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.
